Her Rhythm — Privacy Policy
Her Rhythm is a cycle-synced fitness app. This policy explains what data the app processes, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the app needs to work, we never sell your data, and we show no ads.
Data we process
- Account data — your email address, password (managed by our sign-in provider; we never see it), and the name you enter.
- Cycle data — the period dates and cycle/period lengths you choose to share. This is health data: we process it only with your explicit consent, and only to estimate your cycle phase and personalize training recommendations. Sharing it is optional — the app works without it.
- Workout data — the workouts you schedule and complete, including duration and the exercise weights/reps you log.
- Subscription status — whether your membership is active. Payments are handled by Apple; we never receive your payment details.
What we do not do
- No selling or sharing of your data for advertising.
- No ads and no cross-app tracking.
- No use of your cycle data for anything other than the in-app experience you asked for.
Service providers
We use a small number of processors to run the app: Clerk (sign-in), Fly.io (application and database hosting), Apple and RevenueCat (subscription management). Exercise demonstration videos are embedded from YouTube; when you play one, YouTube processes data under its own privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account); this permanently removes your account, workouts, and cycle data from our systems, including your sign-in record. You can also email us to request deletion.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export, or erase your data, and you can withdraw your consent for cycle-data processing at any time (Cycle settings → stop tracking, or delete your account). To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app controls or contact us.
Children
Her Rhythm is not directed at children under 16.
