Delete your Her Rhythm account

Her Rhythm — cycle-synced training for women

You can delete your Her Rhythm account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent; it cannot be undone.

From the app

Open Her Rhythm and go to Profile → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is removed straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you, within 30 days and normally within two business days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, and training preferences.
• Your cycle data: period dates, cycle settings, and derived phases.
• Your training history: workout sessions, scheduled workouts, notes, and per-exercise adjustments.
• Your sign-in record with our authentication provider, so the email can be used to sign up again from scratch.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing of your personal data is retained after deletion. Encrypted database backups still hold a copy until they roll over, which takes at most 30 days, after which no copy remains.

We never receive or store your payment details. Your subscription and its billing records belong to Apple or Google; deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play, otherwise it keeps renewing.
