Her Rhythm — Support
Something not working, or a question about your account or membership? Email us and we will get back to you, usually within two business days.

Getting started
Create an account with your email address and confirm the code we send you. Entering your cycle data is optional — choose “I don’t track” during sign-up and the app works without it. You can add or change it later under Cycle.
Membership and billing
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. After that, Premium is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, purchased through your Apple ID.
- Subscribe: Profile → Membership → choose a plan.
- Cancel or change a plan: on iPhone, Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Her Rhythm. On Android, Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Her Rhythm. Cancelling there stops the renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Restore a purchase (new phone, reinstall): Profile → Membership → Restore Purchases.
- Refunds are handled by the store you bought through: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google at play.google.com.
Your data and your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. That permanently removes your account, workouts, and cycle data, including your sign-in record. Without the app, request it on the account deletion page. You can also stop cycle tracking without deleting anything under Cycle settings. What we process and why is set out in the privacy policy.
Troubleshooting
- No verification email? Check your spam or junk folder, then try again from the sign-in screen.
- Exercise video won’t play? The videos stream from YouTube — check your connection, and try again on Wi-Fi.
- Something looks wrong or missing? Email us with your account email, your phone model and its iOS or Android version, and a screenshot if you have one. That gets us to the cause fastest.
Good to know
Her Rhythm is a wellness and fitness app, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or contraception guidance. Talk to a healthcare professional about medical questions, and before starting a new training routine if you have any concerns.
